Our lives are all about affirmations. We affirm everything we do and it’s either a positive or negative affirmation. Our thought patterns control this; all the chitter-chatter activities in our brain are also part of the process of affirming things in our lives.
Whatever we tell ourselves is as we say it is. If we think and say negative things then we affirm them and they manifest that way, the same happens if we think and say positive things. When we go through our daily activities from a positive outlook, most things become positive unlike when we have a negative outlook. When we understand that whatever we think and say affects us accordingly then we can change our outlook in order to have more positive experiences in our lives.
Let us be careful of our thoughts and our words because they create our reality!
