When they tease you, have compassion!!!

Why is it that we always give our power away to other people? When they say bad things about us, we immediately feel inadequate. We start believing the things they say about us even when we know those things are not true.

Other people will say what they want to make you feel small and this also exposes them. It exposes their feelings of inadequacy. They will say anything to make you feel small if you allow them. This gives them power and it helps them to feel better about themselves and their reality and current life situation. They rejoice when they see you feeling inaddequate.

How long will you complain???

Complaining has become our second nature. We complain about ourselves and others all the time. It is a waste and a diversion of energy to focus on negative things. All we focus is what is not going right and we forget what is going right and this is why we are hardly ever grateful for what we have and that we are still healthy and well or maybe we still have love in our lives or we have jobs that we love etc.

It seems as if when we can't handle our own reality and our own situation, we tend to focus on what we think is not going right in other people's lives and we usually put our focus on people we envy.

Let  us open our hearts and focus on the best of us, "Let me do me, and let you do you". Focus our energies on something postive for a change.

Will you ever be READY???

When we are faced with challenging or life changing choices in our lives, we often tend to wallow in self-pity and we give excuses saying we are not ready yet. This is one of many disempowering statements that we keep affirming to and for ourselves over and over again.

Saying “I’m not ready” simply affirms that you are not ready, whether it is to face your fears or maybe confront a situation. You might never be ready if you say it often enough and opportunities will pass you by because they came and you were not ready.

So when will you be ready to take on your own journey to GREATNESS???

Accepting ones' GREATNESS is a PROCESS!!!

Greatness is such a beautiful process. You fall in love with yourself. You fall in love with life itself. You learn that there is nothing wrong with you or your body or anyone else for that matter. We all just need to be reminded of our beauty. We need to be reminded of the beauty of life.

Let us open our hearts to the process of accepting our GREAT and DIVINE nature. Our true selves. The LIGHT that WE ARE.

It's the awakening of the soul
You've got to be keen if you want to grow

Dive into the abyss of your essence
At that instance
Nothing seems to make sense
I sense your stress
You don't want to address
Your fears
And tears
Are spears
Tearing you apart
I can't
You always seem to say
But today is your day
Now it's going to pay
All the pain you've been through
All the times you got screwed
Forget that it's old news

Now is the time to
Dive into the abyss of your essence
At that instance
Nothing seems to make sense

It's the awakening of the soul

Accepting ones' GREATNESS is a PROCESS!!!

Accepting ones greatness is a process. We need to first remember our greatness before we can accept and apply it. The truth is greatness is our true nature. It is inherent in all of us. It is a beaming light, the sparkle in the diamond. It is the balance of all things. It brings about peace and serenity. It is true enlightenment for our souls know the truth even though we may try to ignore it.

Let us now commit ourselves to our greatness in order for us to live the life we dream for ourselves. Let us share in each others greatness and feel the love emanating from withing our core, our souls.

Let's be clear about one thing!!!

Now that the year has begun and we are well on our way, let's be clear about one thing. This is the year we CHOOSE to love ourselves sincerely and unconditionally. We are going to care for ourselves. We are going to be patient with ourselves.

We know we want this from other people so instead of waiting for others to be kind, caring and patient with us. Let us give the gift of LOVE to ourselves first.

We deserve it. We need it. We are LOVE!!!
