Forgive or you will get dis-ease from resentment!!!

Forgiving is one of those things we battle with in our lives yet it is the most freeing act we can do. When you cannot forgive yourself, another person or situation, you tend to have a lot of negative emotions. You analyse a lot and the more you analyse the more negative everything seems. Your life is driven by resentment, anger, frustration etc.
Forgiving does not mean we are saying it is right, it simply means we are no longer willing to be controlled, and we free ourselves from all the negativity. Forgiveness is about us and not other people.
Let us all learn to forgive
